2019 series of training classes to improve the management ability of team leaders

On April 13-14, 2019, in order to improve the production management capacity of team leaders, the company organized a two-day training for team leaders and advanced employees in 2018. In this year's team leader training, the lecturers systematically and professionally gave lectures and guidance from "team leader's management thinking" and "all staff production and maintenance".
