Established in 1992, Changmao Biochemical Engineering Co., Ltd.(hereafter as "Changmao") is a '' High-Tech Enterprise'' and '' Advanced Technology Enterprise with Foreign Investment'' in Jiangsu Province. Changmao was successfully listed on Hong Kong GEM-Growth Enterprise Market in 2002 and successfully transferred to Hong Kong main board in 2013.
After the company went public, it has successively invested in establishing Shanghai Changmao and Lianyungang Changmao, and jointly acquired Shangyi Life, integrating the advantages of production, sales and research. Changmao has taken the strategic step of collectivization. The company specializes in the production and sales of four-carbon series of high-quality organic acids / derivatives.
